Can This Husky Be Helped?

Pulling on Leash. Possible aggression toward other dogs. Too excitable to enroll in group class. These are the things that prompted Barb to try a 30-minute private session with her three-year-old husky Quinn.

Barb drove into the parking lot with an exuberant husky bopping around in the passenger seat eager to drag her into our West Allis training hall. They left walking side by side, happily focused on one another, ignoring my two meandering dogs, and confident in the ability to enjoy walks together. Barb accomplished this without yelling, bribing with treats or using a shock collar.

If you want to learn how to use practical, quick training methods to find your "diamond in the ruff," call for private or group lessons. 414-289-7785.

P.S. Lacking a photo of Quinn, I inserted one of my two huskies, Tess and Whiplash, from 1982.
